[Sai Ying Pun] Electric Ave -- Best burger in Hong Kong

Burger has always been my favourite food, Electric Ave is one of the best burger in Hong Kong Island. It is nestled in an alley in the heart of Sai Ying Pun. It serves homemade original burger with orginial sauce and aged aussie beef. Furtheromore, the rosemary fries and 5-hr beef marrow fries served with the burgers definitely worth a try.

Mac Daddy (4/5)

Daddy’s special sauce (Contains pickle and onion), English beef (140g), romaine, American cheese, pickle

American burger (3.5/5)

Ketchup mustard and mayo, romaine, English beef (140g), American cheese, tomato, onion and pickle

Rosemary fries (3.5/5)

The middle rare meat are cooked just on point. The sauce is full of flavour, it would be great if the amount of veggies can be a bit more. Although there is a lot going on in this burger, all the ingredients go well together. The fries smells so good, the rosemary species matches the fries well, and the ketchup are also homemade with you can taste the original flavour of tomato.

I visited the shop second time and ordered their signature dish -- 5-hr bone marrow fries. It was fried with beef bone oil. The fries tasted much like beef and it smells so good. Please definitely order this when you visit the shop.
